How we staff an engagement
ID8 runs small, senior pods rather than pyramid teams. A typical engagement is led by one accountable delivery lead who stays with the project from discovery through handover, supported by the specialists the work actually requires — full-stack engineers, a product designer, and where relevant an ERP, HR tech or Web3 specialist from the consultative group listed above. You meet the people who will do the work during scoping, and they are the people who show up on delivery calls afterwards.
We size teams to the smallest group that can ship the outcome, because coordination cost is the tax most agency engagements pay without noticing.
