These terms and conditions govern your use of the ID8 website (id8.ae) and any services we provide. ID8 is a product engineering studio registered in Dubai, UAE, operating from DAFZA. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
ID8 provides digital product engineering, design, and consulting services including AI transformation, ecommerce platform development, Web3 and blockchain solutions, learning management systems, and HR technology implementations. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate written agreements or statements of work.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of ID8 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ID8 retains ownership of pre-existing IP, tools, and methodologies. Client-specific deliverables and custom work product ownership is governed by the applicable project agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement for a period of three (3) years, or longer where required by law.
ID8's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall ID8 be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may recommend, implement, or resell third-party products and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Odoo, LearnWorlds, TalentLMS). These are subject to the third party's own terms of service, licensing, and support policies. ID8 is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or discontinuations.
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. Project milestones may be tied to payment schedules as outlined in the applicable statement of work.
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
ID8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
