Zaajira

Zaajira for candidates is a simple mobile app built on React Native, which allows candidates to login with a simple OTP, search and apply for jobs in a few simple steps.

Zaajira for employers is a web application, powered by Aipplicant, built on Node.js and Vue.js. It helps score and display applicants which are the most relevant with match rates higher than others and has all the advanced functionality that Aipplicant offers.

The solution currently is featured in English and Swahili, with more to come in the roadmap.

Zaajira is a 2 tier SAAS solution built to assist both organisations and candidates, bridge the gap and establish a relevant connection in the hiring process.

Blue collared workers across Africa have a difficult career search path, where they have limited or no ability to look for jobs. On the flip side, organisations find it even more difficult to identify and recruit workers who do not have email IDs, CVs or LinkedIn accounts.
